By providing my personal data through the registration form on the website https://novamuz.ru and the contract form in the Personal Account at https://app.novamuz.ru, and by ticking the corresponding checkbox, I express my full, informed and conscious consent to the processing of my personal data by Sole Proprietor Semen Petrovich Edvabnov (OGRNIP: 326237500051679, INN: 880300226178), hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”, on the following terms:

1. Purposes of personal data processing

  • Registration, authentication and operation of the User’s Personal Account in the Novamuz service;

  • Conclusion, performance, amendment and termination of the License Agreement-Offer for granting the right to use the results of intellectual activity;

  • Identification of the Licensee (User) to generate the Confirmation (Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement) and other accompanying documents;

  • Recording (logging) of the musical works played in order to confirm the lawful use of music at the User’s Territory (broadcasting points) and to protect against claims of third parties (including RAO and VOIS);

  • Provision of technical and legal support to the User;

  • Sending the User informational, service and advertising messages related to the operation of the service, changes in tariffs and updates to the offer, by email and phone number;

  • Ensuring compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.

  • Last name, first name, patronymic (of the user, sole proprietor or authorized representative of a legal entity);

  • Email address (e-mail);

  • Contact phone number;

  • Company details (INN, OGRN / OGRNIP);

  • Passport data (series, number, by whom and when issued, division code) — for individuals and sole proprietors;

  • Registration address (for sole proprietors) or the legal address of the organization;

  • Physical addresses of commercial premises (broadcasting points / Territory of use of rights);

  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, cookies, session date and time, as well as logs of music tracks played by the player.

3. List of actions with personal data and processing methods

Consent is given to the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (provision, access to the Operator’s authorized partners, for example, payment systems for payment processing, strictly for the purpose of performing the Agreement), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

Personal data will be processed in a mixed manner: both using automation tools (automated processing) and without the use of such tools (manual processing).

This consent takes effect from the moment it is provided to the Operator (by ticking the checkbox during registration) and is valid for the entire term of the License Agreement-Offer and the period of servicing the User’s Personal Account, as well as for the periods established by the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation for the storage of documents and reporting.

The consent may be withdrawn by me at any time. To withdraw the consent, I undertake to send the Operator a written application in free form to the email address info@novamuz.ru or to the Operator’s registered address.

The Operator undertakes to cease processing personal data (and to ensure its cessation by engaged third parties) within 3 (three) business days from the date of receipt of the application for withdrawal of consent, of which the User will be notified in writing (electronically) within 10 (ten) business days. In the event of withdrawal of consent, access to the Personal Account and music streaming is terminated automatically due to the impossibility of performing the Agreement.

The User’s personal data is subject to destruction upon achievement of the purposes of its processing, upon liquidation/termination of the Operator’s activities, or upon expiration of the mandatory state document retention periods.
