1. General provisions
This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure its security by Sole proprietor Semen Edvabnov (hereinafter — the Operator).

6.1 Deleting your mobile app account and associated data
If you use our mobile app and have created an account in it, you have the right to request full deletion of your profile and the personal data associated with it at any time.
How to request account deletion:

In the app: go to your profile settings and tap "Delete account". Your data will be deleted automatically.

By web request (without signing in to the app): send an email to info@novamuz.ru with the subject line "Account deletion". In the email, include the email address or phone number your account was registered with.
What happens when your account is deleted: once we receive your request, we permanently delete your account, your personal information (including your full name and contact details), and your activity history.
Exception: data that the Operator is legally required to retain for a statutory period (for example, records of payments made under the public offer agreement, kept for accounting and tax purposes in accordance with Russian law) will not be deleted.
7. Final provisions
The Operator may amend this policy. The current version is always available on this page. The date of the last update is indicated whenever changes are made.
