1. General provisions

1.1. These Rules (the "Rules") set out the terms of participation in the referral (partner) program of the NOVAMUZ music service (the "Service").

1.2. The organizer of the referral program is Sole proprietor Semen Edvabnov (OGRNIP: 326237500051679, INN: 880300226178) (the "Organizer").

1.3. The following terms are used in these Rules:

  • Participant (Referrer) — an existing user of the Service with an active registration who shares their unique referral link with third parties.

  • Referral (Invitee) — a new person (a legal entity, sole proprietor or individual) not previously registered with the Service who followed a Participant's unique referral link and registered a new account.

  • Broadcasting point (Venue) — a physical location (address) added to the Participant's account where music is played publicly through the Service.

  • Bonus days — days of free access to the Service credited to the account balance.

2. Terms for the Invitee (Referral)

2.1. Upon successful registration with the Service using a Participant's unique referral link, the Referral is automatically granted a bonus of a 14 (fourteen) day free trial period.

2.2. This bonus applies to all Broadcasting points that the Referral adds to their account during the trial period.

3. Crediting bonuses to the Participant (Referrer)

3.1. The Participant receives a reward in Bonus days only after the Referral makes their first successful payment for a commercial subscription (plan) to the Service.

3.2. The base bonus depends on the length of the plan paid for by the Referral and is calculated per 1 (one) Broadcasting point of the Participant:

  • If the Referral pays for a 1-month subscription, the Participant is credited a base bonus of 14 days.

  • If the Referral pays for a 3-, 6- or 12-month subscription, the Participant is credited a base bonus of 30 days.

3.3. Proportional distribution. If more than 1 (one) Broadcasting point is active in the Participant's account at the time of the Referral's payment, the base bonus is distributed proportionally across all active Broadcasting points.

3.4. Formula for Bonus days with several Broadcasting points: Number of Bonus days = Base bonus / Number of the Participant's active Broadcasting points.

3.5. Rounding rule: if the calculation produces a fractional value, the number of Bonus days credited is always rounded up to the nearest whole number.

3.6. Examples of calculating the Participant's Bonus days:

  • 1 Broadcasting point: Referral paid for 1 month = 14 days / Referral paid for 3+ months = 30 days.

  • 2 Broadcasting points: Referral paid for 1 month = 7 days (14/2) / Referral paid for 3+ months = 15 days (30/2).

  • 3 Broadcasting points: Referral paid for 1 month = 5 days (14/3 = 4.6, rounded up to 5) / Referral paid for 3+ months = 10 days (30/3).

  • 4 Broadcasting points: Referral paid for 1 month = 4 days (14/4 = 3.5, rounded up to 4) / Referral paid for 3+ months = 8 days (30/4 = 7.5, rounded up to 8), and so on.

4. Restrictions and anti-fraud

4.1. Bonus days cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to other accounts.

4.2. A Participant is strictly prohibited from registering additional accounts via their own referral link (self-referral), including through affiliated legal entities.

4.3. Distributing referral links by unlawful methods (spam mailings, misleading information, contextual advertising on the NOVAMUZ brand) is prohibited.

4.4. If fraudulent activity, fake accounts or a breach of these Rules are detected, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the credited Bonus days and block the offenders' accounts without compensation.

5. Final provisions

5.1. Participation in the referral program constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules by the Participant and the Referral.

5.2. The Organizer reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Rules and to suspend or terminate the referral program. Amended Rules take effect upon their publication on the Service's official website.
